A: No. Freshora does not use Bluetooth or connect to external hardware devices.

A: No. Freshora does not request or collect location information.
Q: What should I do if scanning does not work?
A: Please make sure camera permission is enabled, the code is clear and well-lit, and your camera lens is clean.
Q: What should I do if the app crashes?
A: Restart the app or your device. If the issue continues, contact us with your device model, operating system version, app version, and steps to reproduce the issue.
